Planning and preparations for a significant increase in irrigation in Gnommalath was organized throughout 2021 with the aim to irrigate 60 Ha of fields during the dry season. 33 HA have been irrigated in 2020, and 93 HA in 2021. The total of additional irrigated surface is 126 HA by 2022.
