Key Responsibilities
- Assist the ICT team in general IT support and service, basic software development, basic networking, software/hardware installation and configuration, office IT equipment service, IT assets registration and management, and replacing equipment.
- Support the installing and configuring of computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, and scanner.
- Support IT helpdesk and daily records activities.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor in IT, Computer science, or similar field.
- Good knowledge of installing and configuring computer hardware and software, systems, and networks.
- Proactive and good service mind.
- Basic communication in English.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Offices.
- Motivated and willing to learn new skills and techniques.
