Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing vouchers for payment and following up MRR and tax invoices.
- Prepare voucher and print out for signing.
- Prepare month-end bank reconciled and print it out for signing.
- Assisting the Finance team at the site to support the import & Export Dept. for tax clearance at the Lao Border, and to support the Nam Kathang Project for payment to villagers.
- Assist in the payment process to suppliers.
- Follow up tax invoice with suppliers after payment.
- Assist in Monthly Bank reconciliation.
- Assist with annual physical count of inventory and Assets.
- Filling documents in SAP.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or business administration.
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good relationship-building and service mindset.
- Fast learning capability. Proactive and good attitude.
